Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

•Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa)
•Paypal
•Direct Bank Deposit (payment due at time of order)
•Layby

Please note the following layby conditions:

1 - A deposit of 25% of your order amount must be paid at the time of purchase.  We reserve the right to cancel your order without notice if deposit is not received within 2 working days.

2 - You may make payments as you wish, with the full amount being payable within 6 weeks.

3 - You may make payments by bank deposit, Paypal, or by requesting we charge your credit card. If you make a payment via bank deposit, please use your name as a reference, and contact us letting us know the amount you have paid.

4 - Upon full payment being received, we will send your order within 24 hours.

5 - Should you cancel your lay-by or fail to make full payment within 6 weeks, we will cancel your order and refund all amounts paid other than your 25% deposit, which will be retained as a cancellation fee.  Please note that the deposit amount is per item, and if you choose to cancel part of your order, 25% of the value of the cancelled items will be retained.

6 - Layby prices are final.  Should the products in your layby be offered at a reduced amount, or a discount coupon or special offer become available while we are holding your order, you are not entitled to redeem these offers.  Please do not ask as refusal sometimes offends.

6 - If you have problems making your payments, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss an alternative arrangement with you.
